Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns on new, unopened, and undamaged items in original packaging within seven (7) days from the order date. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. The customer must contact us prior to returning product(s). We do not give refunds on opened products.
Please READ the product description before you buy. If you have an intolerance or an allergy to ingredients that are on or surpass the list of the eight major recognized allergens by the FDA, verify ingredients of supplements before you purchase or open them. Once the item is opened, it may not be returned. The eight major allergens include the following: Milk, Eggs, Peanuts, Tree nuts, Fish, Shellfish, Soy, and Wheat.
Our policy lasts seven (7) days. If seven (7) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you are missing an item or the item that you receive is damaged, then please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the package.
If a refund is deemed necessary, then we will manually refund your transaction for the appropriate amount for the returned items. Chargebacks will be subject the client to be put on the no-sell list. Refunds will only be issued after the items have been returned to us.
If a product is missing from your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the package. Once we verify the legitimacy of the claim, we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented and weighed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
Changing/Cancelling Orders:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. Please double-check your shopping cart before checking out to be sure it is correct. We cannot guarantee the ability to cancel orders. Many are shipped the same business day, and once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Subscribers:
Please note that if you are currently subscribed to one of our supplements+, returning your order to us does not cancel your subscription. To cancel your monthly subscription plan, please login to your account or contact us via email at info@gaugelife.com at least five (5) business days before your next order is generated or by calling us at 800-240-7856 (Monday - Friday; 9am-5pm EST, excluding weekends and holidays). If your cancelation request is sent after your order has been fulfilled, we will be unable to cancel that shipment.
Refused Shipments:
Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping. If you wish to cancel an order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order prior to the product(s) being shipped. If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, or you refuse the shipment, the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and any shipping charges incurred.
Damaged Shipments:
All claims for damaged shipments must be made within 24 hours of delivery to the point of destination. Any damage to a package should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery if possible. We will not be responsible for damage claims made 24 hours after delivery.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, there may be a credit card processing fee.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
IMPORTANT - Promotional Offers:
If you return an item bought as part of a promotional offer, the refund will be reduced by their pro-rated discount.
CUSTOM MEAL PLAN
All custom meal plan has our copyrighted and proprietary material, and is in your possession forever as delivered. Additionally, due to the amount of time each nutritionist spends creating each customized plan for each individual client, ALL programs are Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Gauge Life is able to make adjustments as needed, however the recommendations are designed to support the individuals goals as described in the questionnaire. Any concerns can be directly addressed over the phone. Email info@gaugelife.com to set up a phone call.
IMPORTANT:
As you receive your custom plan(s), please sure to save it on your hard drive as it will only be stored in our database for the duration of your program, e.g., 30 days - 4week custom meal plan; or depending on the duration of your program purchased.
Once delivered, they are yours. We recommend printing them off while you have access. Once they are deleted, unfortunately, the file(s) is/are unrecoverable. If you need instructions how to print your custom plan(s), please feel free to email us at info@gaugelife.com
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of our digital downloads and upon purchasing, you will have immediate access to copyrighted and proprietary material. They are also deemed “used” after download or opening. This unfortunately means we have a strict No Refund and No Exchange Policy in regard to dissatisfaction with product.
