INGREDIENTS:
Dry~
- 1 cup of Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup of Coconut Chips
- 3/4 cup of Chopped Walnuts
- 1/4 cup of Chopped Pistachios
Wet~
- 1/2 cup of Coconut Oil
- 4 Tbsp of Butter
- 2 Eggs (warm temperature)
- 1 scoop @gaugelifesupps Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pre-heat oven 350°F
- Line an 8x8" baking dish with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients aside from the @gaugelifesupps Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate - Combine all ingredients into a medium size mixing bowl. Mix well with a whisk or hand blender. Then add @gaugelifesupps Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate. Mix thoroughly. Batter will have a smooth homogenous, yet thick like consistency.
- Spray a 9x9" non-stick baking tray with coconut oil. Pour batter into tray and place into oven. Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 350°F.
- Allow cooling for about 10 minutes before cutting.
