Sausage Feta Red Pepper Quiche Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Pie crust
4 Sausage, Sweet Italian Links
2 cups spinach
1 medium red bell pepper
6 Tbsp Feta Crumbles
2.5 cups liquid egg whites
Instructions:
1-Pre-heat oven to 375F
2-Remove sausage from casings and crumble and brown in a non-stick skillet. Add in the seasonings of your choice and set aside.
3-Add the pre-made pie crust to the bottom of a non-stick pie dish. Lightly dust the top of the pie crust with almond flour.
4- Layer the spinach, chopped bell peppers, cooked sausage, and feta in the quiche dish.
5-Add to oven uncovered and bake for 40 min. Broil for 2-4 minutes at the end optimally.
