Simple Protein Waffle

Ingredients:

1 scoop Whey Protein Isolate Vanilla Flavor

½ cup Egg whites

¼ cup Water

½ cup Dry Instant Oats

¼ tsp baking powder

 

*Optional toppings include fresh fruit, nuts, non-fat Greek yogurt, nut butter, cinnamon, etc.

Method:

Combine all ingredients together in a blender.

Pour onto a non-stick waffle iron lightly coated with the oil spray of your 
choice. 

Pour a 2-3 TBSP of the batter onto a waffle iron for mini-waffles or all of it for 
one massive waffle.

Lightly coat the skillet again as needed with oil spray and make the rest of the 
batter. 

Makes 4-5 small pancakes.
