Matcha Collagen Latte
Change your morning routine with this healthy and nourishing drink!
Matcha contains more antioxidants compared to green tea, provides naturally occurring caffeine that does not cause jitters, and is loaded with chlorophyll and amino acid l-theanine
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 packet Trader Joe’s matcha powder
- 1 scoop @gaugelifesupps collagen (I used PSL)
Instructions:
- Add almond milk and coconut oil to a microwave safe dish.
- Heat for 2 minutes or until oil is melted.
- Add Matcha powder and collagen powder to the liquid.
- Using a mini hand mixer or immersion blender froth the mixture for about 30 seconds or until fully blended.
- Serve immediately.
