1 Scoop Whey Protein Isolate
8 oz Egg Whites, 100% Liquid
4 oz Almond Milk, Unsweetened
3 Tbsp Lemon, Zest (1 lemon = ~1 Tbsp zest)
1 oz Lemon Juice (1 Tbsp = 15 g; 1 lemon = ~3 Tbsp)
1.4 oz Oatmeal, Quaker Instant - dry
1.2 oz Blueberries - raw
¼ tsp Baking Powder
Olive Oil Spray
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, excluding blueberries.
Heat a non-stick frying pan, lightly coated with olive oil, over medium-high heat.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of batter onto skillet and gently place blueberries into batter.
Once pancake begins to bubble, flip and continue cooking until both sides are a golden brown.
Repeat until there is no more batter or blueberries.
