Keto-Friendly Bread

Ingredients:

3 Whole Eggs

4 Tbsp Butter

4oz. Cream Cheese

2 ½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

1 ½ cups Almond Flour

1 Tbsp Monk Fruit Sweetener

Method:

Pre-heat oven to 325F. Line a 8 ½” x 4 ½” inches bread pan with parchment paper and set aside. 

Take 3 eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Put the egg whites in a separate bowl and froth them up using an immersion blender to make a foamy consistency with a higher volume and then set aside. 

Add the egg yolks, softened cream cheese, melted butter (30 seconds in the microwave), baking soda, sweetener, and almond flour to a food processor. Mix on low for 10-15 seconds. Be careful not to over mix.
