High Protein Carrot Cake Energy Bites

Ingredients:
- 11 oz of carrots
- 1.5 scoops of @gaugelifesupps Whey Vanilla
- 80 grams of 1 minute Quick oats
- 60 grams of Pecans
- 1 TBSP Cinnamon
- 2.5 TBSP Almond Butter
- 7 TBSP of Coconut flake
Instructions: Watch Now
- Weigh out 11oz of of carrots. Chop carrots and place inside food proccessor 15-20 seconds
- Separate carrots. Then combine quick oats, pecans and cinnamon into food processor for 15-20 seconds
- Add 2.5 TBSP of almond create a sticky paste
- Use a TBSP to scoop the batter and roll into a ball and place on a plate
- Then lay parchment paper down to place 7 TBSP of coconut flakes down
- Roll the carrots balls onto the coconut flakes to coat.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes to get cold
