If you want a beverage that tastes even better than a Starbucks chai, this recipe does not disappoint. A dirty chai indicates a shot of espresso added to a chai latte. This recipe was created to provide you with a high protein energizing iced beverage for when you want to put forth a little extra effort for an entire new world of flavor.

 

Ingredient List:
1 scoop of Gauge Life ® Prime All Natural Whey Protein Isolate, Vanilla Flavor
1 shot of espresso, chilled
8 oz. Bigelow Vanilla Chai Tea, chilled
2 TBSP Half & Half
Ice

 

 

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a blender until well mixed for about 15-30 seconds.

Fill a mason jar with ice and then pour protein shake over the ice. Enjoy as-is or through a straw.
