Ingredients (per serving):

  • 4oz of shredded chicken, cooked (used a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 wedge of laughing cow light cheeseĀ 
  • 2 tablespoons of whipped Greek cream cheeseĀ 
  • 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheeseĀ 
  • 2 tablespoons of hot sauceĀ 
  • 1 bag (32g) of Quest Nutrition Chili Lime Chips

Instructions:

1- add shredded chicken to a microwave safe meal prep container

2- add all soft cheeses and hot sauce, mix well with a spoon

3- before serving, remove the lid and microwave for two minutes

4- recommend serving with Quest Nutrition chili, lime, protein chips or the veggies of your choice Macros (dip only)
