Ingredients (per serving):
- 4oz of shredded chicken, cooked (used a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken)
- 1 wedge of laughing cow light cheeseĀ
- 2 tablespoons of whipped Greek cream cheeseĀ
- 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheeseĀ
- 2 tablespoons of hot sauceĀ
- 1 bag (32g) of Quest Nutrition Chili Lime Chips
Instructions:
1- add shredded chicken to a microwave safe meal prep container
2- add all soft cheeses and hot sauce, mix well with a spoon
3- before serving, remove the lid and microwave for two minutes
4- recommend serving with Quest Nutrition chili, lime, protein chips or the veggies of your choice Macros (dip only)
