Almond Berry Chia Pudding Parfait!
Ingredients:
⦁ 8oz unsweetened almond milk
⦁ 1 scoop @gaugelifesupps Vanilla Collagen
⦁ 1.9oz Chia Seeds
⦁ 4oz Mixed Berries
⦁ 2 Tbsp Sliced Almonds
Instructions:
1. Add almond milk, collagen, and chia seeds to a mason jar. Shake rigorously for 60 seconds or until contents are thoroughly dispersed.
2. Refrigerate overnight.
3. Layer in a cup with fruit and top with the nuts of your choice.
