INGREDIENTS:

Dry~

  • 1 cup of Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup of Coconut Chips
  • 3/4 cup of Chopped Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup of Chopped Pistachios

Wet~

  • 1/2 cup of Coconut Oil
  • 4 Tbsp of Butter
  • 2 Eggs (warm temperature)
  • 1 scoop @gaugelifesupps Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pre-heat oven 350°F
  2. Line an 8x8" baking dish with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients aside from the @gaugelifesupps Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate - Combine all ingredients into a medium size mixing bowl. Mix well with a whisk or hand blender. Then add @gaugelifesupps Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate. Mix thoroughly. Batter will have a smooth homogenous, yet thick like consistency.
  3. Spray a 9x9" non-stick baking tray with coconut oil. Pour batter into tray and place into oven. Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 350°F.
  4. Allow cooling for about 10 minutes before cutting.
