High Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Recipe

High Protein, Almond Peanut Butter Cups 🍫🌰

Ingredients:

First layer

- coconut oil, 32 g

- Chocolate chips, 15 g - 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder

- 1 scoop of chocolate collagen

- Freeze for 15 minutes

Second layer

- 15 g of almond butter

- 2 g of coconut oil

- 7 g of chocolate collagen

- Freeze for 20 minutes

Third layer

- 32 g of coconut oil

- Chocolate chips, 15 g

- 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder

- One scoop of chocolate collagen

- Freeze for 15 minutes

Instructions:

Measure out 32 g of coconut oil, and 15 g of dark chocolate chips inside of a microwavable bowl. Then together melt inside a microwave for 45 seconds. Stir until ingredients are combined.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder, and one scoop of Gauge Life Chocolate collagen into the melted bowl of coconut oil and chocolate chips. Stir all ingredients together.

Place 6 average size cupcake holders on a baking sheet. Use a tablespoon measuring cup to pour one scoop into each individual cupcake holder.

Place into freezer for 15 minutes. The first layer is done.

Weigh 15 g of almond butter.

Pour 7 g of collagen onto almond butter.

Weigh, 2 g of coconut oil. Then melt for 25 seconds.

Mix, almond butter, Collagen, and coconut oil together until all combined into a paste. freeze with base layer for 20 minutes.

Repeat steps 1-4
