High Protein Carrot Cake Energy Bites

Ingredients:⁣

  • 11 oz of carrots⁣
  • 1.5 scoops of @gaugelifesupps Whey Vanilla⁣
  • 80 grams of 1 minute Quick oats⁣
  • 60 grams of Pecans⁣
  • 1 TBSP Cinnamon⁣
  • 2.5 TBSP Almond Butter⁣
  • 7 TBSP of Coconut flake⁣

  1. Weigh out 11oz of of carrots. Chop carrots and place inside food proccessor 15-20 seconds⁣
  2. Separate carrots. Then combine quick oats, pecans and cinnamon into food processor for 15-20 seconds⁣
  3. Add 2.5 TBSP of almond create a sticky paste⁣
  4. Use a TBSP to scoop the batter and roll into a ball and place on a plate⁣
  5. Then lay parchment paper down to place 7 TBSP of coconut flakes down⁣
  6. Roll the carrots balls onto the coconut flakes to coat.⁣
  7. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to get cold⁣
