Keto-Friendly Bread

3 Whole Eggs

4 Tbsp Butter

4oz. Cream Cheese

2 ½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

1 ½ cups Almond Flour

1 Tbsp Monk Fruit Sweetener


1. Pre-heat oven to 325F. Line a 8 ½” x 4 ½” inches bread pan with parchment paper and set aside.

2. Take 3 eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Put the egg whites in a separate bowl and froth them up using an immersion blender to make a foamy consistency with a higher volume and then set aside.

3. Add the egg yolks, softened cream cheese, melted butter (30 seconds in the microwave), baking soda, sweetener, and almond flour to a food processor. Mix on low for 10-15 seconds. Be careful not to over mix.

4. Next add the whipped egg whites to the food processor and mix for 5-10 seconds. Take the contents of the batter and dish into the bread pan. Bake at 325F for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and allow cooling for 20 minutes before removing from the pan. Enjoy!
