- 1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 scoop Gauge Life PSL Collagen
- 6oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Stevia (optional)
- 2oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1oz Blueberries
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Chips
- 0.67 Tbsp Almond Butter
- Add the hemp hearts, chia, collagen, and almond milk to a mason jar. Shake well.
- Refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours.
- Serve hot or cold. To serve hot pour contents into a microwave safe bowl and add 2 more ounces (1/4 cup) of almond milk. Put in microwave for 2 minutes on high.
- Top with blueberries, nut butter, and coconut chips or the low sugar toppings of your choice.
