Chia Hemp Seed Overnight “Oats”
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 scoop Gauge Life PSL Collagen
  • 6oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • Stevia (optional)
Toppings:
  • 2oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1oz Blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Chips
  • 0.67 Tbsp Almond Butter
Instructions:
  1. Add the hemp hearts, chia, collagen, and almond milk to a mason jar. Shake well.
  2. Refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours.
  3. Serve hot or cold. To serve hot pour contents into a microwave safe bowl and add 2 more ounces (1/4 cup) of almond milk. Put in microwave for 2 minutes on high.
  4. Top with blueberries, nut butter, and coconut chips or the low sugar toppings of your choice.
