Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 8oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop @gaugelifesupps Vanilla Collagen
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1oz Blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar and shake very well.
  2. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
