Chocolate Chip Protein Blondies

The best part of this blondie recipe is the fact that it not only tastes amazing, it is actually healthy for you. If you are a fan of chocolate chip cookies, you won’t feel deprived with these decadent treats. These are a perfect snack or pre-workout pick me up when you are craving a healthy source of sweetness.  


3 Large Banana, mashed
1 cup Almond Butter
4 scoops Gauge Life® Prime All Natural Whey Protein Isolate
7 Packets sweetener of your choice
2 tsp. Almond Extract
¼ cup Chocolate Chips
Coconut oil spray
Pinch of Sea salt (optional)




Pre-heat oven to 350F.

Combine mashed bananas, almond butter, almond extract, and sweetener in a medium sized mixing bowl. Mix well with a whisk or hand blender. Then add protein powder one scoop at a time. Mix thoroughly before adding each scoop. Batter will have a smooth homogeneous, yet thick consistency.

Spray a 9” x 9” non-stick baking tray with coconut oil. Pour batter into tray and then sprinkle chocolate chips over the top of the batter and then place into oven.

Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 350F.

Allow cooling for 10 minutes before cutting blondies into squares.
